Wedding Strings of Charlotte and Charlotte Strings for Events requires a signed contract and a deposit in order to reserve the time and date of your event.  Therefore, it is very important that future clients submit a request for an ensemble as quickly as possible, as dates fill up far in advance.  We will do everything possible to accomodate any short notice requests so call us and ask!

If you have recently received your contract in the mail, please:
-Sign and date it 
-Make a copy for your records
-Mail your contract and deposit check together by the due date written on your contract
